Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (this excludes weekends + holidays). Should shipping of your order be delayed more than 5 business days, we will let you know. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Botanica 805 is not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered" in the tracking info. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact us by email to arrange this as we do not include this service with standard shipping.
